We personally assess everyone and tailor workouts to their needs, finding their strengths and ways to address any weaknesses. It all starts with a movement assessment.
Our staff will personally meet with you to explain our workout program and the Function Movement System (FMS). During your introductory meeting, we will complete a personal movement assessment to gain a better understanding of your mobility strengths and weaknesses and then develop customized exercises that improve those strengths and the correct weaknesses. Our goal is to help you get stronger safely, minimize risk of setbacks, and even correct limitations from a previous injury.
